The check in time is from 3PM and the check out time is before 11AM. Early check in or late check out must be based on a mutual agreement, extra fees may be incurred. 

In accordance with local laws and regulations, and to ensure a safe and smooth check-in experience, we kindly request a picture of your valid ID for verification use only. A cash deposit of 8000p upon checking in is required as well. 

The maximum capacity of our villa is 6 guests. Guests who are not stated in the reservation or registered are not allowed. Please inform us in advance if you need to change your reservation, we will do our best to assist you based on the situation.

Events, parties or any decorations that may leave marks or residuals are not allowed, please keep quiet from 11PM to 7AM to respect the neighbours.
Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

Smoking, vaping, E-cigarettes are prohibited in doors but allowed in the open living room and outdoor areas.

Any form of drug use or illegal activity is prohibited.
Durian and mangosteen are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

DO NOT FLUSH ANY TISSUES DOWN THE TOILET INCLUDING TOILET PAPER.

Using fragile container in the pool, running along the edge of the pool, or engaging in any other dangerous activities are prohibited. Kids under 13 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the 1.3m deep pool.

Please take care of the facilities and use them safely. Do not move any indoor furniture or take non-gift items out of the villa. Accidental damage or loss to the villa will result in corresponding compensation.

Please conserve water and electricity and keep the villa clean. We provide housekeeping and towel replacements every 2 days, additional service is available upon request and additional fees.

Please keep your valuables in the safe provided, and ensure that you have purchased travel insurance that covers your stay. Banyan villa is not responsible for any personal injury, personal belongings lost, property damage or other losses
